National Egg Day Omelette Week! Stuffed French Toast

Hello, everyone! Welcome back to Omelette Week!  Today we have an omelette that may seem out of the ordinary, but is super delicious! This is the Stuffed French Toast Omelette.  I love stuffed french toast, especially with strawberries!  I also want to thank Charlie for helping come up with this recipe!  This dish is perfect for breakfast or dessert, so let's get cooking!

Ingredients!

  • Cinnamon Cereal
  • Any Fruit and Fruit Jam You Like
  • Sugar to Coat Berries

  • Standard Omelette Recipe, Found Here(omit salt and pepper. add sugar and cinnamon)

Directions!

Chop berries and coat them in sugar.  Place in refrigerator until needed in omelette.

Mix eggs, sugar, and cinnamon. Cook half way.

At about middle of cooking, sprinkle in cinnamon cereal. Cook until done.

Add strawberries and jam to omelette and steam until fully cooked.

Top with berries, cinnamon cereal, and whipped cream!
