Scrambled Eggs in a Mug!

🍡πŸ₯š

Mug meals are a trend that is sweeping across the nation. I love mug meals because 1. they are super quick and easy 2. they are a better and healthier alternative to other "warm up and go" foods and 3. it's nice to have your own personal mug of food.
This recipe, Scrambled Eggs in a Mug, is great for when you have an early event and want something hot and delicious.

Ingredients!

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • Splash of milk or water
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Dash of garlic (optional)
  • Cooking Spray

Steps!

Spray cooking spray in the mug.  Crack both eggs into the sprayed mug.

Tip!

If you get egg shell in the egg after you crack them, don't worry!  Use the larger part of shell to fish the smaller piece out. The shells will act like magnets and you won't get egg on your hands!

Mix eggs, milk/water, pepper, salt, and about half of the cheese together in the mug. If you don't want cheese throughout the eggs, only use the cheese to sprinkle on top. Cook for about 2 minutes or until eggs are about firm.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the eggs. Put the mug back in the microwave for 25 to 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
